Our Repurposed Trailer Bar is Better Than New
Perfect for weddings and outdoor pop-up events, it brings character to your equestrian or vintage style, or sustainable event.
By renting our trailer, this allows you to hire a bartender of your choice (or ask uncle Bob to do you a solid!) or offer self-serve food and drink options. Make it a candy station, popcorn, coffee or taco bar, or serve pre-made lunches or late night snacks. All you need is a connection to power to keep your wine, beer, and cocktails cold and the perfect ambient lighting to take you into the night.
(Note: the trailer is not available during our Christmas sleigh ride event. Our trailer is for service only, no food preparation permitted.)
Curate Your Style
A mini bar fridge and galvanized beverage tubs are always included (glassware, urns, etc. not included). We are happy to supply any of the following decor items:
antique wagon wheel
wheel barrow for drinks
horse collar
western saddle
apple bins
chalkboard signs (framed and sandwich board)
custom stools
warm white string lights
Your Options
Rent the trailer and decorate it the way you like, or let us curate it with your style in mind. The trailer features a side flip-up door, window and serving shelf on the left hand side, walk-in back door entry, and exterior storage compartments. Our team will deliver in the Okanagan and Shuswap areas, set up, and pick up the trailer after the party is over. Consultations and quotes are all free of charge. Prices start at $250 (mileage may apply)
